The Just Add Value Leadership System (the "Service") is operated by Just Add Value, the leadership education business of Dr. Marcus Boudreaux ("we," "us"). The Service lives at app.justaddvalue.io and includes the leadership assessments, peer feedback tools, action plans, and the AI coaching feature.
You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The leadership assessments, your scores, peer feedback, and action plans are free. The AI coaching feature is a paid subscription with a free trial. Pricing and trial length are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are not refundable once a billing period has started.
When you invite raters, you agree to invite only people who have a genuine working relationship with you. Rater responses are presented anonymously and in aggregate. Do not attempt to identify individual raters or pressure anyone into participating.
The Service provides leadership education, self assessment, and coaching support. It is not psychological testing, medical care, therapy, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. AI coaching responses are generated by software and can be wrong. Use your own judgment before acting on anything the Service tells you.
You own what you write in the Service. You give us the limited rights needed to store and process it so the Service works. Everything else, including the assessments, question banks, frameworks, scoring, and copy, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or build competing products from it.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempting to break or probe security, no automated scraping, no impersonating others, and no submitting content that is abusive or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the updated version here with a new date. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
