This policy explains what the Just Add Value Leadership System at app.justaddvalue.io (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by Just Add Value, the leadership education business of Dr. Marcus Boudreaux.
Account information: your name, email address, and the profile details you choose to add. Assessment data: your answers, scores, and action plans. Peer feedback: responses submitted by raters you invite, stored so they can be shown to you anonymously and in aggregate. Coaching conversations: what you write to the AI coach and its replies. Payment data: handled by Stripe; we store your subscription status and Stripe identifiers, never your card number. Technical data: the basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the Service secure.
To run the Service: score your assessments, show your results, deliver peer feedback, and power the AI coach. To operate the business: process subscriptions, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your assessment answers for advertising.
Service providers that run the product for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and the AI providers that generate coaching responses. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Coaching messages are sent to the AI provider to generate replies and are not used by us to train models. We share data beyond this only if the law requires it or to protect the Service from abuse.
If you respond to someone's rater invitation, your individual answers are shown to that leader only in anonymous, aggregated form, and only when enough responses exist to protect anonymity. The leader who invited you can see that an invitation was completed but is not shown which answers are yours.
You can view and update your profile in the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will honor the request except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons. Requests can be sent by mail to the address below.
Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after account deletion, except for records we are required to retain. No system is perfectly secure; keep your password private.
The Service is for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
